Graham is Chief Executive and owner of Accessable. Driven to providing the best solutions for our clients, Graham brings a proven track record in innovation and a people first service ethos.

He has wide-ranging experience in contract management, leading high performing teams, strategic planning and developing relationships to move organisations forward in this fast paced world. 

Known for his strategic mindset and commitment to excellence, Graham excels in optimising financial performance, managing funder budgets effectively and implementing innovative solutions that drive good client outcomes and organisational efficiency.

His experience extends to the fire protection, building and health sectors, successfully managing large scale projects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Sapphire Lautua

General Manager Client Services

Sapphire is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience, specialising in customer relationship management, contract management, team leadership and operational management.

With an extensive understanding of the disability and injury sector, Sapphire's process design and navigation of the sector allows her to foster customer and stakeholder relationships with ease. 

Sapphire's strategic insights have been instrumental in optimising processes, enhancing contracts at both national and regional levels, and ensuring smooth and effective operations.

Tertius van Vuuren

General Manager Operations

Tertius has extensive experience in operations, sales and procurement across the wholesale, retail and healthcare sectors, both locally and internationally.

Combining commercial acumen with a strategic approach, Tertius excels in fast-paced environments and guiding teams toward shared goals.

He is skilled in negotiation, strategic planning and optimising value with a focus on building high-performance teams. He is a hands-on leader, committed to inspiring change and making a lasting, positive impact on the people he works with.

Catherine Oliver

Commercial Manager

Catherine is responsible for financial custodianship and risk management of Accessable.

Having been with Accessable since 2016, she has an indepth understanding of our duty of care to all our stakeholders. Catherine has 16 years health sector experience with the Health NZ Waikato district, Pinnacle PHO and now Accessable.

Catherine's consultation and development of business tools influences strategic direction and decision manking.

She brings a further 20 years financial and business performance management expertise in commercial and non-profit organisations both within New Zealand and overseas.

Shelley Green

People and Capability Manager

Joining our organisation in 2023, Shelley has responsibility and leadership in the people, health, safety and wellness functions of Accessable.

Shelley brings extensive experience in a variety of strategic and operational human resource roles. Shelley has been in the health sector for over 20 years - the disability sector since 2018.

She brings expertise working within New Zealand and overseas in a variety of industries such as building and hospitality, working in both commercial and not for profit settings.

Wayne Sims

IT Manager

Wayne has been with Accessable since 2015 and with over 20 years experience as an IT manager and CIO, he brings a wealth of both business and technology experience to his role, working across various sectors such as not for profit, NGOs, manufacturing and distribution.

Wayne leads our talented team of analysts and developers, providing innovative solutions for our organisation, clients and stakeholders.

Terry Fried

Workshop and Technical Product Manager

Joining Accessable in 2023, Terry brings over 20 years experience from the communication industry to his role leading the team charged with refurbishing returned equipment.

As the technical product manager, his fresh perspective and innovative training approach ensures our workshop and technical teams are the experts in maintaining our range of products.

Ngaire Jones

Service Delivery Manager

Ngaire has been employed in the health and disability sector for almost 20 years, joining Accessable in 2021. She is Accessable's contract and relationship manager for our Disability Support Services EMS contract, and leads our clinical and customer support teams.

She brings a strong background in relationship management, communications, customer service and leadership to her role, ensuring Accessable's clients, customers and stakeholders are at the forefront of our work.

 

Ahsan Khan

Field Services Repairs Manager

Ahsan brings over two decades of experience in business process improvements and operational management across sectors such as IT, telecommunications, dairy, healthcare and disability services.

He has been an integral part of Accessable since joining the organisation in 2020, focusing on delivering client-centric, efficient solutions that  drive operational and measurable service improvements.

Gillian Lamb

Field Services Planned Maintenance Manager

Joining Accessable in 2022, Gillian brings extensive experience in service and maintenance within the healthcare sector, along with a strong technical background and pragmatic leadership style.

She is committed to continuous improvement and delivering sustainable service solutions that drive operational excellence and enhance client satisfaction

Rob Meek

Housing Contract Manager

Rob is an experienced project and service delivery manager with more than 25 years experience, having joined Accessable in 2021. With oversight for Accessable's Housing Modification service, Rob has built extensive experience in the NZ Building Code and Standards and combines strong commercial acumen with a keen ability in risk analysis and safety management.

Rob leads our talented housing projects team, with a focus on budget and KPI management, as well as overseeing stakeholder and supplier contracts, including compliance audits.
