It may be that we are unable to repair the equipment, in which case a replacement item will be provided. If you have had the equipment for some time, or it is no longer suitable, we may refer you to your therapist to have your needs assessed.
If you need equipment repaired urgently because there is a safety risk or the equipment is essential to your wellbeing, we will come to you after hours. If this happens to you, phone 0508 001 002 and we may be able to help.
