accessable is very pleased and excited to have been selected as the preferred Northern region ACC housing modification service (ACC HMODS) supplier for Auckland and Northland commencing 1 Ocotber 2016.

To access the Online eForm authorised users will need to log in to the catalogue system and select the ACC HMODS Tab which will take you to the eForm to make application for housing modifications. Note: It is important that you have an understanding of both the ACC Operational Guidelines and the HMODS User Guide. We have tried to make this process as easy as possible and when making the application make sure that you have prepared any attachments that are required depending on the style of Housing modification being requested.
